This application will generate a randomized workout of your choosing. You can create either a Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Upper Push, Lower Push, Shoulder, or Arm Workout.
Exercises are grouped by muscles and sorted by fatigue within the muscle group. Each exercise has a fatigue number (10 = most fatiguing, 1 = least).
Future updates may include more exercises, local exercise addition, and randomly generated plans.
